Highland Animal Hospital is a small animal practice located in the village of Central Square, NY.  We provide medical and surgical care for dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets and small rodents. The practice operates in a free-standing building, 20 minutes north of Syracuse and 1 mile west of I-81.

Customer care representatives, veterinary assistants, and a kennel attendant/housekeeper support three veterinarians.  Dr. Kathy Smith opened the practice in 1993; Dr. Lynn Baker joined in 2000 and Dr. Wendy Erlenback joined in 2015.

In addition to Western medicine, Dr. Smith offers laser therapy and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (acupuncture, herbals, Tui Na massage therapy and Chinese food therapy).
